This is a funny and serious experiment, claiming snais can travel faster then ADSL, i thought it was a good statement but what was really funny was the picture.

A man from Hampshire has recently found a lap top computer, a review of the computer showed more than 70 top-secret files with plans for Army and Navy bases on what to do in a terrorist attack. The data on the computer should have been encrypted. Lap tops get can be lost or stolen. So your data should be safely encrypted. I hope this doesn't go on in the U.S. In the wrong hands the data can be put to use against us. Some people are just not aware of the importants of encryption. I'll link to a site for a good encryption app.

Bangladesh is Upset

Government officials in Bangladesh are considering sueing sony for portraying their country as a "terrorist state" in SOCOM 3. I think bangladesh needs to lighten up and realize that it is a GAME.

Soney allows trading for money in EQ2

John Smedley, the president of Sony Online Entertainment, announced their new service "the station exchange" thid allows Everquest two players to trade in game items for real money! This practice is normally looked down apon by other MMO's, so it will be interesting to see if other company' s follow Sonys lead.

President Bush being sued?

Recently a website www.downhillbattle.com learned that someone on President Bush's staff put mp3's illegally on his ipod. When Siva and von Lohmann debated the RIAA at Cornell, Siva asked Cary Sherman "when are you going to sue the president" The website has bought the domain name SueThePresident.com and is looking for someone to make it. This whole story just goes to show how crazy the RIAA sueing people is in the first place.
